Zach Evans
Zach Evans (President of Zach Evans Construction) is one of Idaho’s most prestigious homebuilders. Over the last 24 years, Zach has focused on primarily residential building and some light commercial. He has won multiple honors and awards throughout the building community and has dominated the Parade of Homes with the help of the ZEC team. Zach is an 17 year member of the BCISW (Building Contractors Association of Southwest Idaho) and has spent the last 6 years serving as a board member. As a loving father and husband, Zach enjoys designing the perfect home for his family as well as yours.
Todd Downey
Todd’s job title is Estimator, but he brings so much more to the table. Todd grew up in a family that worked construction, and he gives a wealth of knowledge to the team. Todd uses his 23 plus years working in multiple facets of residential and commercial construction to elevate the company and deliver an accurate price to the customer.
Ben Evans
Ben is the Residential Estimator. Ben is meticulous in pricing out the architectural details of every home. He uses his knowledge from his past experiences as a supervisor and project coordinator to provide accurate pricing for each home ZEC builds.
Matt Sisco
Matt is our lead supervisor for the majority of our homes. Matt comes from a customer service background. He strives for quality and precision in each and every home. Our customers enjoy his calm and confident personality.
